The Lodge at Ventana Canyon

With a location nestled into the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains, the beautiful Sonoran Desert surrounds the Lodge at Ventana Canyon. The resort is most well known for its two Tom Fazio-designed courses, the Mountain and the Canyon. Although the courses take advantage of the native desert landscape covered in saguaro cacti, they offer more than the typical desert golf round. The layout has dramatic elevation changes and large, rolling greens that will challenge any skill level. The courses, which have hosted an impressive list of players including Clint Eastwood and Chevy Chase, are the club’s most popular activity but the Lodge offers numerous other amenities as well. The club features a world-class tennis center with 11 lighted courts and a junior Olympic sized pool. There is also a luxurious full-service spa and a fully equipped fitness center.
