Ocotillo Golf Resort in Chandler, Ariz., is all about water, water and more water. There are 27 holes at Ocotillo, and water comes into play on 23 of them. The golf course, reminiscent of layouts in southern Florida, features waterfalls, palm trees and colorful flower beds. It's a treat for the eyes, writes Scott Bordow, and a refreshing change of pace.
