Trilogy golf course not as good as review stated, reader says

I played the Trilogy at Vistancia course over Labor Day weekend this year. Greens were in very poor condition with bare spots, hundreds of ball marks and replanted areas of sod. Contrast that with We-Ko-Pa which was pristine for the same price. There are homes on a lot of the holes which can be hit if you are having a bad day. This course is not as good as this reviewer makes it out to be.
