In 1914, the course was seeded with Bermuda grass, making it the first grass golf course in Arizona. However, there is a practice area located near the golf shop that has a green and bunker that affords you pitch shots, chip shots and bunker practice. shot to the green for your eagle attempt.

The 18-hole, PGA championship golf course is a tradition more than a half-century old. Its 6500 yards challenge players of every level amidst a setting of glistening ponds, perfect greens, immaculate fairways and mighty cedar and tamarisk trees.
