The Phoenician Resort - Oasis/Desert

The Phoenician resort in Scottsdale offers three different nines, each named after the unique features of the Sonoran Desert landscape, that are played in three different 18-hole combinations. The three nines, called Canyon, Desert, and Oasis, have a scenic location on the southern slope of Camelback Mountain. The Oasis/Desert Course is the resort's longest layout.

The tranquility and beauty of the Oasis nine's tree-lined fairways and unique water features are a nice contrast to the rolling hills of the Desert nine, which is the most difficult of the three. The Desert nine is known mostly for its dramatic elevation changes, which provide it with not only formidable challenges but also stunning views that span across the Valley of the Sun.
