The Phoenician Resort - Desert/Canyon

The Desert/Canyon Course at the Phoenician combines two of three nines at the resort. The three nines each utilize the Sonoran Desert landscape in a unique way, showcasing a different aspect of the terrain on each golf course. The lush tropical plant life of the Desert/Canyon course pleasantly contrasts with the beautiful surrounding desert. The Desert nine is the Phoenician's most sought-after golf course for its challenging layout. The dramatic elevation changes will prove to be a formidable test for even skilled golfers. The Canyon nine, which is perched on the southern slope of Camelback Mountain, features the same undulating terrain but golfers are also provided with incomparable views of the Valley of the Sun.
