Santa Rita Golf Club is located 1,000 feet above the Tucson Valley, often offering slightly cooler temperatures than the surrounding courses in the area. The teeth of the golf course is in its five par 3s, especially the 12th, a 253-yard monster that many golfers consider to be the toughest hole in the Valley. With four sets of tees, Santa Rita Golf Club also offers excellent bentgrass greens, and its Bermuda fairways are overseeded in the winter.
