Special for GolfArizona.com PHOENIX -The Junior Golf Association of Arizona in conjunction with the Phoenix Chapter of the LPGA Girls Golf Club and the Southwest Section PGA announced today a Junior Golf Millennial Kickoff Celebration to be held February 12 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Pavilion Lakes Golf Club. The event will feature hands on demonstrations of all the latest golf equipment, carnival golf games and celebrity appearances and presentations by Brian Pavlet (1993 National Long Driving Champion), Scott Flansburg (The Human Calculator) and a PGA and LPGA tour professional. Major golf manufacturers will have all their latest junior golf equipment available for hands on demonstration. Additional golf related organizations and businesses will also be displaying their newest products. Kids may try all the equipment and register at each booth for fantastic raffle prizes. Carnival style golf games will be available for all kids with prizes to be won at each game. Hourly raffles will be announced and four lucky kids will go home with fantastic gifts. A grand prize drawing of a complete set of custom fitted PING golf clubs and PING bag will be won by one lucky child who is 19 years or younger. Related links: |
